People don`t write great reviews because they expect a great experience. Anyone that writes amazing reviews typically works for the place. With that being said, a lot of good businesses get negative attention from people like the crybaby below and his sweet scooter. My experience has been as I expected, okay. If you want dealership quality, go to a dealership and pay $30 more an hour on labor and absurd markup on par... view morets. I take my ZX10R here regularly as I`m happy with the prices and satisfied with the work. They don`t have a lot as far as stock goes, so you`ll likely have to order parts, but like I said - low if any mark up. Plus most parts ship nearby so they show up next business day. I appreciate that when I got my last oil change they let me know what was in need of future attention without trying to turn it into a sales pitch like every visit to Kawasaki I`ve had.

The owner Kaan is awful! I`m more inclined to believe CaptainWho`s review. He owes me $200.00 for work he did that did not repair my scooter, and when I voiced my displeasure, he went off on me, telling me I was insulting him and his business! This after just returning from KC from my mother`s funeral! He would not return the money, and has told me if I can find a part for the scooter, he will put it on, and kept it.... view more They did a bit of work trying to find the part they SAID I needed, and then gave up entirely. I would suggest paying AFTER your work is done to your satisfaction, which they won`t let you do. No wonder he has the $`s to add to his business: he keeps your money after doing work that is worthless. Use this business at your own risk.

horrible

It was the worse experience I had in my life. Went in for a basic on my scooter and ended up in lots of $ and I had to push it out cause they kept saying it was something else, after 3 times of giving chances I gave up, very rude and no knowledge of the product. All other review were written by them. If you want try it your self,WARINING!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.....
