RIPOFFS stay away from tire kingdoms

The manager there is ruthless! His name is JOSE ALVARADO. I went in to get a tire changed and to get an alignment. While I was waiting in the waiting room it seemed like he came and got me 16 times trying to add different services to my car. He suggested that I change the rear rim to the front and the front to the back because it was bent. So I told him go ahead. He never mentioned it would be an additional fee, beca... view moreuse if it was I would have kindly declined and just got what I came for. So now its time to pay he tells me that I cant get an alignment unless i pay $387!!!! to get my ball joints other wise the aligment wouldnt do any good. So the bill came out to $38. $38 to change a tire( I brought my own in since they sell tires at double the price that you can find them online). I told him i wouldnt pay anything because he didn`t tell me about the fee. So he took off the tire put the back on the front and the front on the back. I GOT NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED AND WAISTED AN HOUR OF MY TIME. I will make sure corporate hears this ALONG WITH EVERYONE ELSE THAT VISITS THIS SITE.
