Brought in vehicle for A/C repair. Changed out the entire system due to a failed compressor. The system still did not work. No communication during the process. I had to repeatedly call to get information about delays. (Ordered the wrong parts.) Then wanted to charge for a diagnostic AFTER they had done $600 in replacement. We had a chance to have some work done by these people not too long ago. A 2005 Ford Explorer that needed an engine replaced, brakes, struts, and rear end repaired.
