Worst experience ever!!! I had...

Worst experience ever!!! I had a groupon for 3 oil changes and a tire rotation. I made an appointment for my first oil change and the tire rotation, I also asked them to check my brakes. After waiting about an hour I was told that I would need new brakes and rotors for all four tires and it was going to cost $600. They weren`t even making noise yet.. I told them I would like to get a second opinion and that I would j... view moreust take the oil change and the rotation. When I was driving my car the rest of the day my brakes were squealing for the first time. The next day I took my car to Sears Auto to check the brakes. First thing they said was that I needed the tires rotated, which Tuffy said they did the day before, and that my brakes still have a third of the pad left and the rotors are fine. I will not be going back to Tuffy for the other 2 oil changes because I do not trust them, they lied to me and tried to take advantage of me. Do not go there.

Excellent Service

The guys at Tuffy have serviced both my van and my car - and both expereinces have been exceptional. They were fair, did not over charge, gave me some great advice and were extremely helpful. When I leave other shops I often wonder if they did more than needed just to make more profit, but the boys at Tuffy were fair in their pricing and didn`t charge me every time they looked at my car.
