Beware, Beware, Beware

They will give you resonable price for a rebuild at the beginning, but later they call you and say you need additional parts. So they did to me. Turned out they finally said my alternator cannot be rebuild and sold me different part (price wasn`t that great any more). However I discovered they didn`t event attempt to fix my original one. Perhaps now they rebuild it and make the same trick to another customer. Anyway ... view moreall the phone calls, we are working on it, we cannot fix it, we need additional parts, overnigh shipping, ect - that was bunch of lies. How can you trust someone that is liying so much ? Think twice before you trust them. Key word is rotor - if you hear from them they discovered that rotor is bad (may be different part) - this is worning sign.
