HORRIBLE PRODUCTS and OVER PRICED

This is the 4th starter from Green`s AKA Town Garage in a a little over a year that has gone out on my Toyota Celica. I had a one year warranty on a NEW (not a rebuilt) starter on the first purchase. That one went out within a couple weeks. Same thing happened with the others and they became nasty towaRDS ME AS THOUGH IT WAS my car`s fault???? A month before 1 year ran out, the 4th one went out AND ... view moreIT WAS REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE. Now the year has run out by a few monthS AND NOW THIS STARTER IS BAD, ALSO. I was told that the 4th one would only have one month`s coverage as the year warranty did not apply--only with the first so Junior, again, sold me another piece of crap starter.

Update: I am back at their shop 4/29/2011 because my car won`t start---again. I promised I would write a review about this visit so stay tuned. Jr asked me to do this so let`s see how it goes this time. He says he can fix this complicated electrical issue but it sure won`t come cheap----$400 to change a fuse box. He says it`s 3 hours labor to do this but if makes the car start I guess I`ll be satisfied -- and BROKE

Great place, Great customer service.

Awesome work. I will raise my children here under these lifts. I love TOWN!!!!! Old man winter`s loves to help customers with complaints. He is very courteous and doesn`t rip people off.
