Being the nit picker customer ...

Being the nit picker customer that I am, for me to say a company is great is rare. On several fronts Auto Safe and Sound are the ultimate in quality and service. Here`s why. I got my 2003 SUV tinted 11 yrs ago, and since then, I have had my car out in the sun almost all the time, making wrinkled tint panels almost inevitable (After 9 yrs I had sporadic problems. It may have been a problem for me, but for the Manag... view moreer at Safe and sound, Alvaro, who`s been there for years, it was zero problems. He did not hesitate fixing panels on the spot, or in one case where the defroster/rear panel required fixing, he fixed it, and gave me drive to my house, and picked me up, without hesitation. I have seen the "Lifetime Warrantee" advertisement for many years, but how many tinting companies are around long enough to make good on that promise?. This company is the one!. Unreal how they respect their customers, and back their product. Truly one-in-a-million!. Alvaro is the face of this company and he is unmatched in all areas of service and quality.
