Excellent Service

I now know why John has been around so long. Great work at a fair price. I didn`t realize it at first, but they are also a full body repair shop. They do some of the best body work I have seen.

Not so great.

The customer service, as well as the skill level of the employees, leaves something to be desired here. On my first visit, it took three transmissions to finally get one that worked in my vehicle. On my second visit (and maybe this was a bad idea, coming back for more), I asked the mechanic to do a parts search and he refused. Apparently he didn`t want to go ""above and beyond"" for the customer. I`ll be taking my ca... view morer somewhere else!
