I left my car at this location...

I left my car at this location to check my transmission and paid my $49.95 for the service and told me that my car need a new transmission, I never had a written report , and when I call the office to get one " the owner" told me that I could just stop by and get my report which I did back and foward because he needed my car registration " to verify my car", then he didnt have any record or report about my car, he di... view morednt remenber what he did with it and he probably took it home ( MY PRIVATE INFORMATION) and he would write me one in front of me , I got upset because I paid for the service and he barely remenbered my car or what was wrong with it. When I confronted him he went crazy and told me to " get the f*&($@ out his store" that he got insulted and wont do anything for me, that I could come back on Monday to get my report ( a fake one )or do whatever I wanted it, the discussion scalate until his employed came and didn`t remenber my car either, but was kind enough to offer me another engine check if i could bring my car , which i cant now, I have been trying to get AAMCO customer service for the last couple of days without any respond
