If you don?ˆ™t mind not getting everything you ordered, then SRT is the place to go. In April, 2011, we ordered a turbo kit from SRT. When it arrived, several items including the mounting solution, boost controller, and down pipe were missing plus one gasket in the kit was damaged. Here we are in April, 2012 and haven?ˆ™t received the missing parts let alone a replacement for the damaged gasket. Numerous phones calls... view more and emails (even sent them a photo of the damaged gasket) with promises to deliver the missing / damaged parts and still, we haven?ˆ™t gotten them. Forget getting any kind of refund ?ˆ“ that?ˆ™s definitely out of the question. So, wondering if these parts were really that hard to find, or, if SRT is just plain incompetent, we ordered the mounting solution from another website. I was delivered in 4 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My experience with SRT continues to be the most frustrating experience of my entire life. Everyone makes mistakes in life, but the biggest one I made was ordering from SRT. From my experience, customer service and caring about customers is nonexistent at SRT.
