Listen, I got in a fender bend...

Listen, I got in a fender bender three years ago and nationwide had this place as a option. So, i got the front fixed. However, three years later the paint is peeling?? My car is not old, so I know they must have done something wrong. I brought it back with my warranty and insurance guaranteeing they have to fix it. SO I take it on a thursday, the guy tells me it wil be done by mon/tues. It is thursda already!!! This people don`t know how to take care of their mistakes and their lazy!! try someone who is more reliable and does not promise you the wrong things...
