I took my 99 Grand Prix to Mike for some general maintenance, and to have him look at a problem that had completely stumped two other shops (it was a problem that was keeping my car from passing the MD emissions inspection). Mike accurately diagnosed the emissions problem within an hour. The repair turned out to be more involved that expected, but Mike kept me informed throughout the repair, making my options, likel... view morey outcomes, and costs very clear (he even did price comparisons on an expensive part, and saved me around $100). The end result was like getting a new car. Mike also let me know what I should be planning for in terms of ongoing maintenance, along with very reasonable cost estimates. No hard sales pitch, either, just competent and professional care.
