This place not only have rude customer service representative but also comes up with fake problems on your car to get extra money from your wallet. I took my ford mustand there for oil change. Instead of just changing the oil, they have me their repor which indicated that I needed almost $900 worth of repair which I declined. The next day I took my car to the next service center and they told me that my car is in exc... view moreellent condition. SO PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. Avoid this place at all cost. The service department staff is rude and condescending, and the mechanics do an extremely lazy job of diagnostics, assuming that they actually care what the issue is. Attempted to contact Ford, and the service manager lied and said he already talked with me. I contacted him twice and he refused to return any messages. I will NEVER bring my car back there.

Avoid!

I was unfortunately employed by this location for a little over a month. Thankfully that`s over with. This place is run by a laughable bunch of homophobic morons who make a habit of chewing tobacco in front of customers and slinging derogatory terms around about them behind the sales tower while they`re purchasing a vehicle. This was vehemently denied from ever taking place after I reported it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst experience of my life.
