I`m in the process of trying to resolve an issue with them. I`ll see how that works out before I blast them.

They fail on both professional...

They fail on both professionalism and technical competancy: A) In a phone call discussing work & prices, I was given three quotes by two people - then they tried to charge me the highest quote when it came time to pay. If I hadn`t written down names and prices I`d have had to shell out another $130. B) They recommended I have a part changed, but when I asked them to point to it (the PCV valve) nobody could do s... view moreo and their manual said "doesn`t have a PCV valve". C) Their price for replacing the fuel injectors was reasonable, but $300 to replace spark plugs, wires & distributor cap? $25 to check transmission fluid level? D) The prices on the wall have been there for at least five months (the time between my first & second visits), but after I was charged more then was shown I was told "they`re old prices". I eventually paid the lower price, but that`s called "false advertising", people. E) Finally, the oil change advertised a check of the lights & fluid levels. They said everything was fine, but I`ve got both a brake and headlight out. I`m never going back, and I suggest you never start. While they were polite and - after being shown written records of who said what - quite willing to charge what they said it`d cost, I no longer trust them to actually *do* the work. They certainly didn`t in my case.
