An honest, reliable, amazingly affordable, down to earth auto service and repair shop that doesnt try and steal your money or sabotage your vehicle? What? I have finally found that they do indeed exist! I am a female who has had horrible luck in the car department and when a friend recommended Felix, I thought, why not? The last shop i took it to (the dealership i bought it from, Lustine Toyota in Woodbridge -- NEVER... view more go there btw) I got GOT! Service was terrible, ruined my AC Compressor, never fixed the crazy loud noise it made, and I spent 30 times as much as i shouldve. I took it to Felix and he was SO nice and professional. He walked me through what was REALLY wrong with my car, took time to explain so i understood, and gave me a discount, (on an already cheap price) for my previous troubles with the other shop! Stayed later to finish my car so that I could have it for work the next day and didnt charge anything extra, just amazing customer service. Great respectable family guy that really knows his stuff and just provides flexible quality service and actually cares about making his customers happy no matter what--and keeping them. I wont go anywhere else from now on!
