Started out alright

I`ve used them once for my brand new Subaru, and have to say that the body work they did seemed good (other than the fact that the window rolls up a little slower now) My only problem is the people that work there are pretty rude and don`t seem to want to work with you. (this is not true for the manager). I have another ding on my car (DC drivers really are no good) and called them to see if they could take me i... view moren for a quick quote. Their operating hours are until 5:30pm on the weekdays, but I was told I could not get a quote unless I got there before 4:30... I have a job! The last time they did an estimate it took no more than a few minutes, and this job is MUCH smaller than the last, but they won`t take me in... Pro: Quick and good work, near a metro and next door to an Enterprise Con: My warning is that they are most always this rude, and just not pleasant to deal with I said maybe I`ll just take my business somewhere else, and they replied no problem! Guess I`ll be on my way then!
