sticky situation

I had my oil changed there. When I got in my car to leave the steering wheel felt sticky,then I looked at my hand`s they were black and dirty. my gear shifter was also oily and dirty. They don`t care. I`m done with quickey auto care.

Can`t trust

This Firestone said we needed $1900 worth of work done for inspection. We did not have the work done (the vehicle wasn`t even worth that much), but had my uncle from out-of-town take a look at it when he was visiting and he said the most we needed was new brakes! We took it somewhere else and they recommended just the brakes and a new tire - so it was about $400 NOT $1900! I totally felt like they were trying to rip ... view moreus off and we had used this place for a few years (how much money did we pour down the drain?). Why is it so hard to find a mechanic who is going to be honest?
