We`ve been going to Doug`s Auto for over 4 years and we are very happy with the service. Going to a mechanic is often a stressful nightmare. Not many of us have a great deal of knowledge about the inner workings of our cars, but we do know that mechanics often take advantage of that fact. The owner of Doug`s is as honest as they come. just 1 too many questions

I had the pleasure of calling Doug`s auto shop this morning due to my pulley going bad on my water pump. Not knowing too much about automobile structure I began to ask questions of the price of the repair, water pump price, if a pulley could be changed without the entire water pump being removed. etc. I guess customer service is not apart of the job description of this mechanic who received my call. I was told I did... view moren`t know what I was talking about ( which I was just asking questions) and that I was wasting his time. Hummmmm why thank u sir u definately showed that my car has no place being worked on by your company. A apart of having a business includes customer service patience is a key part.
