Beyond Disappointed

Ashamed, disappointed, furious. What am I describing? COASTAL TOWING. Please do NOT patronize this company. They don`t tell you prices up front ($90 towing for 3 miles), overcharged parts (have you ever heard of a $100 car battery?) and the owner will degrade you when you ask questions about your obscene bill.
