After 4 months the bearings went up and messed up the threads on the hub of my new Wells cargo trailer. I dropped off the trailer and was told it would take two weeks to get an axle. I called them a week and a half later and they had done nothing, not even ordered the parts. Three weeks later Four acres has still done nothing , Wells cargo is blaming the axle manufacturer and no one is doing anything. Trailers on the lot were well ...

Trailers on the lot were well marked with size and price. Sales staff was NOWHERE to be found. After entering the sales building and pushing the buzzer, we waited for half an hour. No receptionist at the desk. No one came to help. When we went into an office, we found the truck driver who told us everyone was busy, but did not alert any saleS people. WORST SERVICE EVER

No one will wait on you. After finding what you want on the lot, with no help, you get to go into the sales office. There is a buzzer to push, but no receptionist. No one comes to wait on you. After half an hour of waiting, a truck driver came in and told us both salespeople were busy. We left and called back to tell them they had lost an easy sale. We didn`t mind waiting.
