The service area is a complete rip-off. Their prices are ridiculous and it always takes them two visits to diagnose the problem. Just incompetent repair service with terrible customer service skills on the front line.

nucar ... run far away

I recently bought a new used car from this dealership. My recomendation is to run far away. Well, aleast to across the street to Martin. I bought a car there before and they were great. Anyway, back to Nucar. First of all they lie. Which you would expect from a used car man but they are really bad at their lies. They will tell you one thing such as price etc but when you go to sign the paper work they act like you ar... view moree crazy when you expect for the price to be what they stated. Another thing is they are highly unorganized. I currently am driving with expired t tags because "oops the lady had vanity tags and now we have to reorder a permenant tag for for your car" They were to mail out a updated t tag and it should have been here yesterday. Its not. Please save your self some irritation and go elsewhere. On a good note I do love my new car Thankfully.
