Horrible Service

Horrible service and overpriced! If you like paying too much for tires and poor service then this is the place for you! Even though they are an authorized dealer for Nitto tires they would not even attempt to honor the warranty on one of my tires and they insisted that I return it to the dealer that I purchased it from (300+ miles away). They claimed it was punctured without even touching the tire to look at it (... view moreevaluation from Delaware Tire Center proved otherwise). In addition, Delaware Tire Center in Salisbury was over 10% cheaper on replacement tires and their service is outstanding!! It?ˆ™s unfortunate that businesses like Burnett-White act as though it is a privilege for us to shop there.
