dont give them your insurance check, then they have all the $ and no reason to be concerned about when the job is done. I made that mistake. They baited me by saying we can`t order parts until your insurance Co. gives us the check. Well! Duh, I got the check,gave it to them, they deposited it, and now 5 months later! they want 4 more weeks. Lets critique... estimate of 62 hours to repair. To me, the story is we got ... view morethe $, forget the job until absolute necessary. My recommendation. If you have no other choice than to use these people, only give them $ in stages of performance. Otherwise choose another shop
