This customer came in with damaged lug studs, we informed him of lugs nuts potenially breaking and he ask us to proceed. After two had broken off we stopped and told him to go to nearest garage for repairs. Since then he has been back several times for various services. How bad are we. There are many tirestores in area but he still returns. We are tire warehouse!
