Best Tire Buying Experience (They ended my stress)

It was a week ago Saturday. I got a flat tire on my Pickup truck. I went to a few tire dealers?ˆ™ in Waterbury only to find out that the 20?ˆ? Tires on my truck would have to be a special order. And being Saturday they would not be able to order the tire until Monday. Which would mean I would not see it until Tuesday. Even though there are plenty of the same trucks on the road. I guess the other repair shops just weren?ˆ™t prepared to help out with and everyday flat tire replacement situation. I am new to the area. A rare find in the auto service industry

I have never written a review before this, but I felt I had to say something. I went to Joe`s Tire because I needed a set of tires for my wife`s car; I had already been to the big guys (Town Fair, Sears, and Pep Boys). I admit I was lured in by their ""freebies"". I felt like I was being pressured to buy their house brand, I asked for Goodyear`s, but was told the tires were no good. When it came time for the quote, I... view more was shocked at the add on`s (supposed to be free!!) It was almost $75.00 per tire to mount & balance, then there`s the free alignment that costs $80.00! I called Rich @ Joe`s and he explained everything and gave me a great price, I had him put on the Goodyear`s that afternoon. Rich also told me about a rebate ($80.00) that the other guys never mentioned. Maybe they keep it for themselves. I will never go anywhere else.
