Excellent Automotive Repair and Painting

I am amazed at the work Family has done on both of our families` cars, I am most impressed with the painting and detailing, simply fantastic. Although the management was rather rude and unenthusiastic the employees behind the scenes truly made a difference on both our cars! If quality paint and body work is what you need I would highly recommend Family Garage, our cars have never looked better!

This place has biggest towing scam. I`m guessing this is the only way the business stays afloat by ripping people off in desparate times. It is unfortunate that when you get stuck on the highway that this is the business the state troopers call. The people are trash, just like their service. I agree with the 2 other reviews, stay away at all cost and 0 stars.

AVOID!!! Will NEVER Do Business With Them Again!!!

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! I would give them 0 stars but the rating system will not allow less than 1! The people there are the most rude and unaccommodating in the industry. They towed a vehicle of mine and not only overcharged from what they originally quoted but would not release the vehicle unless I paid more money! I had to call another towing company to bring the vehicle to where they were supposed to bring it... view more in the first place! I would not recommend them for any service they offer. Their ethics might as well be non-existent! They are nothing more than a bunch of SCAM artists as far as I`m concerned and will never see another dime from me or anyone I know. I would rather pay for a friend`s tow out of my own pocket then let Family Garage Auto Body tow one of their vehicles for free! If you are looking for a reputable towing company, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are many other companies that offer great towing services at reasonable prices but Family Garage Auto Body is NOT one of them!

Towing scammers

These guys are miserable sob scammers. They tow your car and are rude and unhelpful over the phone. They intimidate and then try to steal your car. Use another comapny
