Horrible Service

Very unprofessional and rude, they can`t confirm an order or follow up with a phone call. Cigarette smell overwhelms the show room.

Will never do business there again!

Poor service

Terribly rude service. Was left on hold for 5 minutes, then when I called back was put on hold again. The woman who took the call could not have sounded more irritated by my call and then questioned if I even wanted to place the order I was inquiring about. I strongly suggest that you try Westfield Glass, they were polite and happy to answer my questions, and freely offered advice.
