Would not hesitate to buy

Loved the service and friendliness at Don Mallon Chevrolet. Sales made buying a Used car much less painful! All the employees are willing to help out in any way possible. They go OUT OF THEIR WAY to accommodate you! I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle at Don Mallon Chevrolet!!!

No pressure

Purchasing a used car was easy and fast. Vehicle was as described, and I got what I wanted for my trade in. Neither Kevin Hughes nor the business manager tried to pressure me in any way (I would have walked out).

Nice people, very helpful

It`s funny how a couple of people who may or may not have had a bad experience can write bad stuff. I have been doing business at Don Mallon Chevrolet for almost 30 years. I will admit that in that time, I may have been less than pleased once or twice, but more often than not it was due to my lack of care for my own truck. The staff there has always tried to help me. I have purcheased 5 cars and trucks there and have... view more used them for service for all of them. I always have left with a fair price, never waited too long and never did they try to sell me something my vehicle did not need. I would reccomend them to everyone.

Don`t go there!

HORRIBLE! I would not recommend going to Don Mallon for ANY reason. I bought my car there about 3 yrs ago and regretted it from the beginning. We were pressured and ripped off, but it was our fault for allowing that to happen. The second we signed those papers the attitude of the sales people changed dramatically! I had to go in there a couple days later for them to make a new key (with my infant daughter) and 4 HOUR... view moreS later I finally was able to leave with a key the barely works! I`ve gone in several times for our free oil change and never had to wait less than an hour! This last time we went in for our ""free oil change"" but was charged bc the car didnt say it needed it, even though it was over a year since we were in? Also our windshield wipers stopped working so my husband asked them to fix that but got a call from them saying we had over $900 worth of work that NEEDED to be done! We brought it to Valenti in Mystic bc it sounded fishy. Good thing we did bc NOT ONE of the things they said was wrong was actually wrong! Needless to say we will NEVER be going back there again. I was hoping to keep my free oil changes but I don`t trust them with my car at all. Save yourself some time and $$$$$ and go to Valenti`s - they`re awesome!
