Since they`ve changed hands from `Axlerod Tire` previously, I gave them a shot and was not dissappointed. Prices are fair and I was not hit up for unnecessary work. Waiting room is light years better than the previous owners had. Scheduling for work is accurate- that doesn`t always please people when they expect to walk in and have work done on-the-spot, but it does ensure that you don`t wait around longer than neede... view mored. The previous owners just let customers queue up and wait for as many hours as it took to get them through. I`ve reffered others there- its basically the only tire shop in the area without going over the river to Middletown and have only gotten positive feedback. I would advise ProTech over Town Fair Tire any day.

I brought my car in for an oil change, brake inspection and tires rotated, before I knew it they came back out with a list of things wrong with my car. From shocks, struts, tie rods and oil pan leaking, at a cost of $1,500.00, which I declined. Charged me $56.00 just for visual brake inspection. Later that week I took it to a local mechanic in my town and all it needed was back shocks that cost me $200 including labo... view morer. The person at the desk was rude and unfriendly. Especially for a new company who just moved to town, you would think they would go out of their way to make the customer pleased.
