BEWARE-I purchased a 2009 Jeep...

BEWARE-I purchased a 2009 Jeep Wrangler from Chip`s and when I asked for the taillight to be fixed before I purchased it they told me it would be. It never was replaced-I was told that it just needed to be resealed but this type of light cannot be resealed it must be replaced. I was also told that a FULL safety check was completed,.however after I drove off the lot and got home I realized that the horn didn`t work an... view mored there was an oil leak in the pinion seal. Both of which should have been found in their "safety check". I also made them aware that when I fill my tank with gas the gas shoots out. I was told that I purchased a used car and the gas tank does not need to be replaced and that Jeep manufactured the car not them and the used car dealer is not responsible for this. I was told to fill the gas slowly and that this happens to ALL Jeeps since the gas tank isn`t vented anymore, He would not even look into the gas tank because he said it would not be covered under my 60 day warrenty. This all occurred within 2 weeks of purchasing the Jeep. The owner even stated to my husband when he was at the dealer that there was a flaw in the gas tank but we were never made aware of that before we purchased the vehicle.
