My experience with Danbury Auto Werks was the worst mechanic experience I have ever had. They are a disreputable business that I wouldn`t even recommend to my worst enemy. I paid them more than $1000 to fix my radiator and there was a warranty on the receipt. When my radiator broke again shortly after and within the warranty period, I went back to them to have the car looked at. They claimed this time the head ... view moregasket was broken and I would now need to pay an additional $1500 in repairs. I asked 2 more mechanics, including the manufacturer, for their opinion. They both told me, in writing, that the radiator was the issue with the car. Danbury Auto Werks refused to honor their warranty and fix my car. I brought them to small claims court and won my suit. They still refused to pay without enforcement by a sheriff. Please do not do any business with Danbury Auto Werks. They are a shady business.
