I recently blew one of my tires on my IS. I?ˆ™m in college and in between jobs so I was extremely nervous about how much this was going to run me. I called and before I made the appointment I wanted to get an idea of how much it was going to be. The service manager that I was connected to listened to my story and told me that when I come in we can work something out. When I got there, I met with the service manager and tried to make a deal. He actually helped me get down to a reasonable price, they are high-performance tires after all. Lexus of Mt Kisco is extremely luxurious but does not have that snobby attitude most dealerships are known for.

I got my new Lexus ES at Lexus of Mount Kisco. I chose Lexus because I personally think they`re the best looking car in all luxury brand. When I got there, I was helped by the most passionate Lexus salesman I`ve ever encountered, John. He even owned a Lexus himself. I couldn`t be happier with my decision and I think anyone in the market for a Lexus should check these guys out first.

After having bought several luxury cars and I was looking around to add to my collection, I looked at IS F and it was the one I wanted. I e-mailed the sales people at the dealership hoping that someone would get back to me. They e-mailed me and scheduled an appointment to come in and look at it . We figured out all the paperwork and a week later I got my new IS F.

After having looked around at a bunch of a dealerships and most were just there, they weren`t offering anything special and were not willing to negotiate whatsoever. I went to Lexus of Mount Kisco, simply because it was close to my job and found that I should have stopped there first. After hearing a rattle in my engine, I went into Lexus of Mt. Kisco to get it checked out. I walked-in and my car was attended to almost immediately. They walked me through what was wrong with the car and luckily for me, it was something small. It didn`t cost an arm and a leg and I was in and out in about 45 minutes.

I`ve driven a Lexus since I got my license years ago, I have never had a problem and when I was looking around for my new lexus es, I came into Lexus of Mount Kisco because of the excellent customer service and the simplistic approach to purchasing a car. there are no overwhelming salesmen, no pushy financial managers and their turnaround to car delivery is the shortest I`ve ever seen.

I bought my ES here and was so impressed with the dealership that I`ve gone back to have my car service a few times. Recently someone rear-ended me and while the damage wasn`t too serious, my beautiful ES has scratches and chips in the paint all along the bumper! In a little more than a day, the Mt. Kisco service department had it fixed and cleaned for me. It looks even better than new now. They do wonderful work.

A friend recommended Lexus of Mt. Kisco because she said she`d had good experiences here, so I looked at the dealership when shopping for my new IS C. The sales staff is really professional and friendly, not at all pushy. The prices here were the best of everywhere I searched. The whole process was quick and painless. And of course, I love my new car.
