I had an extremely professional and friendly dealing with Meriden Hyundai. I explained to my salesman that my previous Sonata was totaled and I wanted to go into another one. I had purchased 5 Hyundai`s, prior to my visit to Meriden, at another Hyundai dealership and had all my servicing done by them. The dealership reneged on their "Return Customer Loyalty" program and I caught them in improper Service ... view morecharges. I wanted a Hyundai but I wanted to deal with and honest dealership. Mike, my salesman, seemed more concerned with keeping Hyundai`s good name and convinced me with his words, deeds and sales approach that Meriden Hyundai was the right dealership. Mike listened to my story and to my needs in a new vehicle. He actually put me in a better car for less money after a very short negotiation. I felt a real concern for my happiness with no pressure or "game playing". All my servicing to date has been done at Meriden Hyundai and the prices are very good and the service prompt and courteous. When I call or go there I feel like family. Meriden Hyundai has my highest praise and recommendation.
