I found an Acura MDX 08 online at Tarrytown Honda. I called in to make sure that the vehicle is still available and I spoke to sales rep, Shanique Williams, who said that the vehicle is at the dealership. I made an appointment to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I called in 30 minutes before the dealership closed to make sure that the vehicle was still there and ready for tomorrow, Shanique assured me th... view moreat it is still there and she`d call me if anything changed. The next morning, I drove 180 miles from Massachusetts for my appointment. When I arrived, she told me that the vehicle is in the body shop. I have no words to express my frustration and disappointment at this, especially after I found out that the vehicle was in the body shop for several days now. They were replacing the front bumper, rear bumper, doors, and hood. I was promised a clean undamaged car before I arrived, therefore the sales rep literally lied to get me to come to the dealership and buy a car from them. This was a very horrible experience at the dealership, the staff is unprofessional and irresponsible for lying to potential paying customers.

NO STARS AT ALL ACTUALLY. Don`t trust this dealership with used cars! We bought a car for $8,000 and had to put in ANOTHER $8,000 in repairs (including new engine!) within a year! We were told that the car had been thoroughly checked out but I don`t believe that for a minute. The gas gauge was not working when we bought it (which they very reluctantly fixed) but numerous other issues showed up after the 60 day wa... view morerranty expired -- including the car had four mismatched tires which needed to be replaced.

Best Place to Buy a Car

My cousin told me about Tarrytown Honda when I was looking for my new car. He liked it so much that I actually made the trip all the way from Jersey to check it out. I`m happy to say he was right. They were such genuinely nice people. I didn`t get any of that typical `car salesman` attitude from anyone who worked there. awesome dealership!!

Tarrytown Honda is awesome. This month, I leased my first brand new car from them, and I love it. What`s even better is that they got me a fantastic deal. I was a little worried that they were going to try and pressure me into spending more money then I`m comfortable with, but Chad was actually really cool and laid back. I`m recommending them to all my friends :)

I was very impressed with the customer service I received at Tarrytown Honda. My salesman knew I was coming from a distance, and he made sure the car I was interested in was ready when I arrived. Richard was a sweetheart and very helpful. This dealer was definitely worth the drive, and I will return there when it`s time for my next car.

Nothing but happy with service dept.

I`ve had my CR-V serviced twice at Tarrytown Honda and have been nothing but happy with them. They work quickly and always keep me updated as necessary. The price is right too.

I just leased a brand new Civi...

I just leased a brand new Civic Hybrid from Tarrytown Honda. I have to admit, I was somewhat dreading looking for a new car because I did not wanted to be pushed around...but I had no choice. So happy with Tarrytown Honda!

I recently went to Tarrytown Honda to buy my first Honda, and my salesman Jay was incredibly nice. He really cared about helping me! I knew I wanted a Civic when I arrived at the dealer, but I wasn`t sure which model or trim to get because there are so many. I did some research and got in...

I did some research and got in contact with Eddie, the pre-owned manager at Tarrytown Honda. From that initial phone call to driving my car off the lot, Eddie and his team were there for every step. They took very good care of me and I couldn`t be any happier with my 2007 Honda Civic.
