Sometimes you just need a litt...

Sometimes you just need a little help. On this day, April 28, 2011, I had dinner with my kids at Carrabba`s and when I went to leave I heard my power steering squeel. I looked at it and seen i needed to tighten a bolt or it would surely fall off before I got home. Saw brakes plus and thought they would let me use a half inch wrench for 2 min. Stepped inside and asked the `manager` and he just looked at me like I was ... view morecrazy then p`shawed me with the answer ` I don`t know, ask my tech` then walked away. I turned to the older looking gentleman and asked him. He turned to me and said `I DON`T let anyone use MY tools!` in a really harsh aggravated voice then turned his back on me. I can`t believe in this day and age the selfishness and disdain this business had for someone who needed the slightest bit of help. I would`ve gladly gave him a five for his inconvenience, instead, I am letting whoever reads this know that I will NEVER recommend this business. They are rude and have no wish to help anyone. I went across they lot to the jiffy lube where I met 4 techs who within 2 seconds of me asking gave me my choice of wrenches. I fixed what I had to and thanked them. I DO recommend jiffy lube whole-heartedly!!!! I didn`t get my oil changed, or my zerts lubed, but they provided me with a service that was priceless and real. Thank you Jiffy Lube........and screw you brakes plus! If I could I`d give you negative stars, you aren`t deserving of even one!
