Finish Line has been sold to a new owner Bob. I have been taking both of my vehicles there for over 8 years. I have always liked the resutls of the work that I had done there. A week ago I refered my friend to take his vehicle there to have work done. All went well. This morning I went there to have my radiator replaced. I was told that Napa charges them $240.00 for a $169.00 radiator because of the warrentee. The wh... view moreole thing cost $520.00. 3 years ago I had the radiator replaced in the same vehicle for $329.00. I asked Bob if he would throw in a oil change for my `92 Dodge to help me out, and since I had brought him a $300 referal earlier in the week, and spending $520.00. He agreed. After I paid for the work I let one of the guys woring there that Bob had agreed to include my oil change. He did not check his records, or he would have known that I run Full Synthetic oil in my truck. When he found that out he said no on the complimentary oil change. He just lost a long time customer for a $40 difference. I will not return.
