Hansen Glass built the all glass enclosures for three showers in my new home. They did an excellent job and the showers are beautiful! Plus, they were considerably cheaper than two other suppliers. Their workers were careful, clean and courteous and always on time. I give them a top rating.

Work was not good quality
I had Hansen Glass replace some panes of glass in the front of my house. After they installed the glass, I had a leak under the glass they replaced.
They came out and completed the seal around the work they had done and the leak stopped.
When I asked them to pay for a mold test because of the amount of water that had entered my home, they refused saying they weren`t responsible.

Sub par customer service
I had Hansen Glass replace some panes of glass on my house. After they completed the work, I had water running into my basement pretty steadily in a hard rain. I contacted the company about the problem and a technician came out and sealed the area around the windows. The leak then stopped. Hansen would not support my request to do a mold test after that becuase I noticed some discoloration on the wall that had th... view moree leak. They claimed they were not responsible.
The window never leaked, they did the work, then it leaked, then they fixed it, but it is not their fault. Choose another vendor.
