Price Not as Advertised

I called several of the well-known chains and Gene`s to compare prices on getting a true dual exhaust set up on my truck. I went with Gene`s because the price was the best. I explained exactly what I wanted in detail and got a quote. When I picked up the truck, the setup was only single piped, not dual. I had to take the truck back to get the other pipe put in and was charged double the original quote because he ... view moresaid he misunderstood what I was asking for. At the end of the day, the cost was much more than the big chains. The only response I got was "I don`t think they could do the same thing we did for that price." Not an excuse! The work was good, but I paid much more than what I was quoted everywhere else, and the original quote was not honored. Beware, if you get work completed here, get the quote in writing and explain yourself in great detail. Note: The work was done well and the technician was very nice, but the price was VERY WRONG!!!
