I love Chase, they are always ...

I love Chase, they are always very kind and tell me what may be wrong with my car but they arent pushy like other auto places. They are quick and efficient. Prices are very reasonable also!

Dont go!

Zero stars!! Customer service is great if your white and I am half spanish and half german but because I look more spanish, I was treated very rude and felt rushed. Also my car was never fixed. Had to always bring it back. Not a couple times more like fives times for the same problem. Plus found out that they dont tighten bolts with the right tools, my new mechanic twisted the bolt off by hand! Pretty scary, also co... view morensidering that my two year old son rides with. Typical rip off mechanic shop. Dont recommend this place to anyone unless you want your money to go down the drain, like mine did! Also not sure if your car is even safe in their hands!! Thumbs down! Boooooo!
