Horrible Service!!!

I have had too many problems with this place they are horrible. They do not have the proper tools to complete their job, also the hood on my vehicle used to work now i can`t get it open to save my life, further more the reason i took my vehicle into this shop was to have them repair the issue/find the problem this did not happen they all say nothing is wrong with it, oh did i mention i took it in for a few simple th... view moreings and it can out of the shop running worse than what it did. Flat out one of the mechanics messed up and does not want to accept responsability for it. I would strongly recommend you do not take your vehicle to this shop. I would like to mention that I have used Firestone for years and have never had a problem infact other firestone shops have done amazing jobs and am completely satisfied with them, this shop is absolutely horrible your vehicle will run worse when you get it back.
