TSS rebuilt my transmission in March 2013. Over the next two months, I brought the car back three times b/c of transmission problems, and each time I had to rent a car while they had mine for 2-3 days. The fourth time, I told them that I could not keep doing this and they agreed to reimburse my rental this time. They had my car for 25 DAYS, and each time I expressed concern, they said, what was I worried about, they ... view morewere going to pay for my rental. By the time I got my car back the car rental came to over $1000, and they had a continuing stream of excuses for why they could not reimburse me every time I contacted them. I filed a BBB complaint, to which they did not respond, and then filed a Small Claim and received a default judgment because they were a no-show. It`s anyone`s guess whether I`ll ever be able to collect before they go out of business. I wouldn`t send my worst enemy here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP TO HAVE ANYTHING FIXED!! These people will fill your head with sugar cookies. I have a 2008 Ford Escape and I had transmission problems. So I was "recommended" to go to this place. I paid about $2300 for them to have my vehicle for three months of, "it will be ready in 20 minutes" or, "tomorrow." During this time I had a rental that I used and the "owner"... view more Rob, by his word, promised to pay for. Bottom line I payed about $5000 for this whole process, Rob still has not payed me for the rental car, and a lawsuit is in the works. This company is full of frauds and thiefs. Even the employees lie to your face and when you catch them on it the stuttering starts.
