Do not do business with these clowns! Their objective is to sell you tires or parts no matter whether you need them or not (usually not). My son took his car to them with a transmission light-- he was told that the tranmission needed replaced ($3800). He took it to another shop who flushed his transmission and cleaned the contacts on the transmission computer plug. 2 years later, it runs flawlessly! I bought a set of... view more Goodyear tires from them, one of which had a slow leak from day 1. When I took it back, they told me that it had a blistered sidewall and that it must have been the way I was driving it. Later, I took one of the other tires in for a repair for a small nail in the tread. I was told that even though I would PAY for the repair, that company policy didn`t allow them to fix a tire if it was worn and that the only option was FOUR new tires-- another "company policy" is that they won`t replace only one tire on AWD. I understand that they make recommendations and let the customer assume the risk, but to make it a hard and fast requirement is absurd!
