This is a business?

I wouldn`t recommend this business to my worst enemy! If you want to get shouted at then give this crazy guy a call. I phoned to ask how long it would take to reupholster a motorcycle seat. He immediatly sounds like hes in a bad mood and starts by condescendingly asking questions and then not listening to the answers. The next thing I know he`s SHOUTING at me. He then proceeds to treat me like crap for asking one ... view moresimple question, and then remarks that he`s "sorry" and that he`s "not used to people here, he`s from Chicago." (Is everyone this rude there?). I ask him if it can be done while i wait there. He then sneers "are you serious? It`s a one day process so unless you want to sit around at the shop for 5 hours drop it off." After being thoroughly blasted for not knowing how long it takes to reupholster something, I say, "you`re being really rude, do you want my business or not?" At which point he very professionally hangs up on me. Make sure to give this guy a call if you want to feel stupid for the rest of the day. Oh and god forbid you ask any questions: he despises those!! Stay away at all costs! Oh and this guys an employee I would fire him because your business is losing customers. Fast. Ill be sure never to recommend this shop.
