Less than standard service

We were looking for a balance and tire rotation before heading on a road trip. The owner of the shop was less than interested and said the work would be done within an hour. An hour and a half later we found out they hadn`t even started the work! The owner didn`t care or bother acknowledging the fact they hadn`t started. He was more interested in bringing in his 12 pack of beer! We have no plans in bringing our bus... view moreiness to this tire company that is lacking standards and management skills.
