I will say that this place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Went for a simple download of a smart start interlock device and when a charge of 50 dollars additional to what I had been told on the phone, Justin proceeded to puff out his matter of factly chest and get the head person of smart start on the phone the shove it in my face as a gesture of good morningness f--- you. Not one time did I e... view morever get a chance to explain what had transpired and at that point did not really want to do anything but leave. I decided to hand back my loyalty card to Dino (owner) and told him I did not need that anymore because I would never be returning for any service of any kind after dealing with a sawed off punk behind the counter that is begging to have his a** kicked. After some words exchanged with Dino and the highly functioning idiot named Justin, I was told that I am in the wrong by having a attitude about questioning a additional charge and that Justin was in the right. Weird business practices here as I had always assumed the customer was always right. I mean I did go there to pay for a service but lost all desire as I watched a owner stick up for the village idiot (Justin) and watch a paying customer walk away, never to return and make it a mission to spread the word that no one in need of having mechanical repairs, a U-Haul, interlock service or a drink of water ever spend a penny in this establishment only to server as a reminder to Dino that customer service is the only way to keep customers happy. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY REASON. BAD BAD BAD

Terrific, Honest Mechanics....Sincere Service

The guys at Monaco Tire are awesome. Their customers become repeat customers because it`s obvious in speaking with them that they are honest about their work. They don`t jack up their parts/labor prices, they`re always courteous, and they`ll work with your transportation needs if they can too. It`s a family business instead of a conglomerate, so they treat you like a person, not an account or ""according to policy... view more"". The only down-side I`ve ever experienced is if you go right after work or on weekend mornings, you sometimes have to wait to get your vehicle serviced due to their demand at that time. So go first thing in the morning, or at an off-time in the afternoon while most people are still at their desks. I recommend them without hesitation to everyone I hear who needs help with their vehicle.
