What a ripoff! BAIT AND SWITCH

I was shopping for tires for my RAV 4 and called to get a quote. They quoted me $566 for all four tires installed, but I got there they wanted nearly $800. Said sorry, the tires you want are out of stock. By the way, it was the second time they did this to us. I thought the first time was an accident but it looks like it is always a bait and switch.
