Castle Rock Auto Repair is by far the best repair shop I have ever been to. Since the first time I was there, they have greeted me by name and asked what was wrong with my vehicle. They know you by face and car, unlike other most other places they treat you like family. They have fixed my truck with a motorcycle already loaded into it in less than an hour, in fact, everytime I have come in with a problem they have b... view moreeen able to fix it fast so we are able to get back on the road again. I am very pleased with the customer care i have recieved from them. They have been there time and time again for us, whether it was routine care like oil changes, tranny flushes, and timing belts; or more unusual care like a broken gas pedal and bad sensors. I have yet to go to them with a problem that they havent been able to fix. They are also very reasonably priced compared to their competetors.
