Auto Part Price Gauging

Plummer`s was referred by a friend. I did business with them last year and they did okay. I called them for a quote on a catalitic converter part and quote to fix it. They quoted me $1200.00 for the part and $1500.00 to fix. I found the same part online at many different auto parts stores for $200 - $300. A substantial mark-up.
