Crappy Customer Service

I went to this place to get an oil and air filter change. They ripped the duct between my engine and my airfilter and offered to "glue" it back together with silicone for me until they could get a new part. I had to go out of town the next day and they told me they would have the part waiting for me the following tuesday when i returned. When i called to see if they could replace the part they acted like it was no bi... view moreg deal. They still didn`t have the part in. I will NEVER go back to this place.
