Glass Force was referred to me by three different people for replacement windows in my home. From the first time I called the office I was treated like a priority. Called on a Wednesday and someone was out the next afternoon to give me an estimate. Residential homes are not this companies priority. First project I had to call many times for the project to start and then for them to come out again to get it done correctly. 2nd project I called them on they said they were going to be coming out... no shows. Priority is commercial jobs.
